Environment The large parking lot will cause additional run off. In a rainstorm, there could be millions of gallons flowing into Ebb creek across the street which flows on to Grant Park and the lake. It has already been a long standing problem for the community and there are serious concerns whether the Walmart plan has adequately addressed this issue.
Light Pollution You can forget about seeing starry skies after that building and parking lot are lit up.
